Any person who wishes to protest this application must send a written statement setting forth (1) a precise statement of the party’s objections to the application being granted, (2) a full and clear statement of the facts that the person is prepared to provide by competent evidence, (3) the case number assigned to the application, and (4) a certification that a copy of the protest was sent to the applicant. The case number assigned to this application is MC2600690TA. The written statement must be sent to: DMV, Motor Carrier Services – Case Management, P. O. Box 27412, Richmond, VA, 23269-0001 and postmarked on or before October 9, 2026. The only grounds for protests are fitness allegations.
